Senior Product Marketing Manager
Full-time in Oslo or remote. Preferably max. 6 hours behind or ahead of Norway.

What we’re building
Breyta is a collaborative CRM tailored for companies want to be more data-driven and get closer to their customers. It lets you integrate with any tool your customers might have a touchpoint with; Segment, Intercom, Hubspot Marketing,Clearbit, Stripe and more.
With that data we can then prioritize which accounts you should focus on in combination with your ideal customer profile and give you a holistic view of how your prospects move through your customer journey.
We’re a team with previous experience in building and scaling high-growth startups (Nabobil.no, Teston and UserTesting).
What you'll be doing
- Deeply understand our target audience and their needs and pains
- Develop positioning and messaging for Breyta’s product suite that is informed by customer research, market insights, and product knowledge
- Create and execute go-to-market strategy for new product and feature launches
- Drive creation of product marketing assets including feature announcements, product content, product videos and sales collateral (eg. landing pages, case studies, decks, product guides)
- Own positioning for new website pages, and project manage page launches with designers and developers
- Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Growth, and serve as the voice of the customer
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends
- Measure impact and track performance across engagement, leads, and sales enablement goals
- Work with product and customer success to drive customer reviews across software review sites
- Work with our SEO and content agency and form the content strategy
- Other miscellaneous marketing tasks (lots to do in a startup!)
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating experiences for end-users who’ll end up loving the product. We’re looking for someone who wants to really shake the foundations of the CRM world.
- Have minimum 5 years Product Marketing experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Have exceptional storyteller to drive clarity, consistency, and reach with our product narrative.
- Have are a proven creative thinker that can generate and execute on innovative "breakout" marketing ideas
- Are experienced working and developing customer personas
- Are Best-in-class communication skills and ability to present ideas to an executive audience
- Have the ability to work with UX designers, product managers and front-end developers to update website promotions and experience on Website CMS
- Have a true understanding of the audience and needs of B2B buyers
- Have a passion for B2B software-as-a-service, technology and customer success
- Have a proven track record in performing well in a fast paced environment and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects
- Have advanced skills in Apple Keynote, Google Slides or PowerPoint
- Adaptable: Strong opinions loosely held
- Like working in a small team, with multiple roles and working closely with end-users.
- Fluent in English
Since we’re so early you also need to be very self-sufficient and take initiative.
